Originally, I bought a pair one of this shoes, which were delivered to me, at work, in 3 days. A short time later, I bought a pair of another one, which were delivered to me, at work, in 2 days. I am very pleased with both pairs as well as the reasonable price. I just bought a pair of DCs for my son for Christmas, which were delivered to his house in 3 days. This includes from the time they were ordered on Saturday and he received them on Tuesday. Not too shabby. He really likes the shoes and says they are exactly what he wanted. I can honestly say that service like this is a rarity now days. I just wish more companies, e-commerce or conventional, would take a lesson from here. Their products are 1st quality and the service, right down to the return information, if ever needed, is top drawer.

These athletic shoes were a gift to my son who loved the fit and style of them. Regarding this store, both my son and I think that this company has the best customer service. The free shipping policy on returns is a definite plus. The products offered deserve 5 stars plus!

I just wrote a review of the converse all star but just realized that I said NOTHING about what a great service Zappos was. Sorry about that Zappos! It really has been such a pleasant experience shopping w/this business. Quick, free shipping and an excellent return policy really helps if you make a mistake with sizes. Just a great business, really. Thank you!

The shoes are nice , they are comfortable to wear off the trail as well.

Nothing new about Chucks - we've been wearing them for years. I ordered this pair because it matched school colors, and I want a slightly hipper way to show school spirit than the usual booster tee-shirts. These will definitely do the job!

Love my shoes, they are comfortable and light. Not very good arch support. Overall, I am happy with my first Converse.
