When I found your customer service e-mail reply this morning waiting for me, when I was working since I am sure this is a message and I will be sympathetic to the plight and explain the policy - I did not expect to have access to retirement section! Not that much to say about these, really, just a basic, classic sneaker I grew up with. I buy mine large enough to put in a pair of "superfeet" insoles because these have zero support for the arch on their own. Those will cost you another , but they'll last you a couple of years and keep your feet/knees much happier/healthier. I like to have a pair of canvas sneakers because you can chuck them in the washing machine/dryer when they get wet or muddy. I can't help you with respect to rating style, comfort, or sizing. That's going to be a personal call, as unique as whomever puts them on their feet.

Great for play. I hesitated to get this shoe because from personal experience, I know Converse accommodates regular width feet. My 2yo daughter has wide feet and can wear these shoes just fine
